善念 ：是以善为念之本
善心 ：是拥有慈悲之心
善行 ：是有行善之举动
这些大家都应该懂，但大家做对了吗？
人生经历
所谓施比舍还更幸福，但方法要做得正确，管道也是
打个比如：如果身上有100元，
1）布施 10 元 ，叫慈善
2) 布施 50元， 叫大慈善
3）布施 100 元，叫悟善
身欠100，还布施100，叫做笨蛋
如果不是笨蛋，那必定善念善心不存在，因为那个人心里一定有所求，有所念，希望通过慈善而得到其他福报达到目的
曾经听过，如果自己站不稳，请别把手去拉别人，或许会让那个人跌得更惨
有钱出钱，没钱出力
助人，请量力而为，不求回报，不要因用对的心态，错的方式，帮不了别人，而害了两方

ALL ROUNDERS - Do you got what it means?
AR should be able to handle multiple different tasks that require various skills?

The real meaning of AR is a person that WILLING to HANDLE, RESOLVE multiple different tasks that require various skills that might be seen as SILLY, DIRTY or even meaningless tasks or things.
I'm talking through experience that I've been gone through during my practical session with a Japanese freight forwarding company in Port Klang. I've two MDs which were Japanese and Malaysian. Without miss, my Japanese MD reach office everyday 8am sharp even though the working hours start 8.30am. There's few times which I reach as early as 8.10am and saw he was the one sweeping the floor and washed the office toilet. Oh Gosh, that's was unbelievable!! The company hired few ladies for housekeeping yet the MD is doing such tasks. He was the one who leave the office as late as 12am midnight after my futsal session nearby our office when I saw his car. There's also once which our forklift in warehouse turned down, he was the one whom take initiative to fold up his sleeves, took a few tools and open up the dirty oily engine. The scene made me have 1000% respect on his actions. Last but not least, he even go deep into warehouse to look for one small parts that loss in our stock control after the operation team couldn't find it after requested by consignee.
Lesson learned
1. Do not choose task to be done. Washing toilet by a MD is a good example of a leader that show his humble which everything starts from the bottom.
2. Be multi-tasking and prompt action without wasting time. Get skills ready for emergency purpose, and you might save a life
3. Be a good management, giving full instruction isn't enough, prove your capability before instructing others below u.
Sorry for late posting. Just back from hospital saving a friend that met with an accident. Chinese version shall be uploaded within 2 days.

人生之论
好久没回来，一回来我就给大家带来许多歪理/正理，请您自己去判断
自己，在英文，是 SELF
SELF 里面带来了什么含义呢？
S - Smart / Stupid
Smart 不是聪明，是智慧，有智慧的去面对一切，对一切的反应，做出的决定，然后让人们去判断
E - Effort / Enjoy
你选择努力去耕耘，然后享受，还是只是想享受但不肯耕耘，这两点，要有一个平衡，人生才算完美
L - Learning / Lazy
人生本来就是不停学习的路程，学无止尽，懒惰散漫带来的知识肤浅愚昧
F - Fantastic / Fair
最后，自己的路，自己的人生，到最后，是要选择精彩度过，还是平凡一生？？
自己人生，不一样的观点，不一样的态度，不一样的选择，会带来巨大的分别
朋友们，大家一起加油吧！

我的人生，可说有起起有落，从天上跌至谷底，领悟了许多为大家带来的许多看起来或许平平无奇的烂道理，歪理，‘耶稣’等。。。
对于真正认识我的人，知道我的过去，接受了的，评语，有好，有坏
我相信坏的比较多吧！哈哈~
对于初次见面，或不熟的朋友，或许会觉得这个人怎么样样通，样样行，可是个人才
毕竟，那些都是用泪血换回来的经验，技巧
其实，我不是个厉害的人，不是一个圣人，更不是单纯的好人~ 可要小心我哦！
我不排除在阅读这篇文章的有不喜欢我的人，我就是那么率直，你看不下去，不必浪费您的眼神~
人生起起落落，种种难关，都是让人成长的过程
戏都有说，人生如戏，戏如人生
怎么说法呢？
每个人都是自己那套戏里的主角，难免有NG, 但是如果人生不停在同样的事情NG, 那可要反省
有些NG, 角度，不一定有得重来，黄金一刻抵万金
父母，家人，朋友，伴侣，宠物，都是我们戏里的配角，不可能从开始到结束都陪我们一直演一世，出现的时间也不一定一样
有些人，注定要接受，也有些人，注定要错过
能不能配合而继续演下去，就要看自己造化，
比如：如果父母孩子感情不好，不懂怎么处理，就脱离父子关系
再比如： 如果情侣夫妻有问题，不好好解决，分手离婚收场是逃不了
所以每个人扮演好自己的角色，必定没问题
今晚就到此为止
